About me

I'm from Nawada, Bihar, and I study Electronics & Communication Engineering at NIT Hamirpur. I started in 2026 and graduate in 2030.

I like understanding how things work. I have built an ESP8266 robot car in a robotics workshop, and I write small programs from scratch to learn how a language really behaves.

My main track is software development with a backend focus. Cybersecurity is the next area I want to explore after that.

Quick facts

  • Studying B.Tech, Electronics & Communication
  • College NIT Hamirpur
  • From Nawada, Bihar
  • Now C++ practice, object-oriented programming
  • Goal Backend developer

Projects

All of these are on my GitHub. They are practice projects from my first year, each one runs in the terminal.

C++

Student Result Manager

A menu-driven console program to manage a class's marks.

  • Add students by roll number, with first name, last name and grade
  • Checks that a grade is between 0 and 100
  • List all students, search by roll number or name, update a score
  • Class summary and an exit option

Arrays that hold roll numbers, names and grades, functions, pointers and references, and loops with a menu. It taught me a lot about debugging my own logic.

C++

Advanced Calculator

A calculator that keeps running until you stop it.

  • Add, subtract, multiply, divide and exponent
  • Trigonometry: sin, cos, tan, cosec, sec, cot (angles in degrees)
  • Inverse trigonometry with a domain check, and logarithms
  • Stores up to 100 calculations and shows the history at the end

The cmath library, string arrays for history, if/else branching and do-while loops, and converting degrees to radians.

C++

Guess the Number

The computer picks a random number from 1 to 100.

  • Tells you to guess higher or lower after each try
  • Shows how many tries you needed

Random numbers with srand and rand, and the do-while loop.

C

Guess the Number Game

My first version of the game, written in C.

  • Random number from 1 to 100
  • Higher or lower hints
  • Score based on the number of turns you took

C basics: stdio, scanf and printf, random numbers with time, and loops.

Learning & next steps

This is my plan. These are things I am working towards, not things I have already finished.

  1. Now

    Object-oriented C++

    Building a Bank Account Manager to practise classes and objects.

  2. Next

    Data structures & algorithms

    Starting with the basics in C++.

  3. Goal

    Backend development

    My goal: build backends and APIs with Python and FastAPI.

  4. Later

    Cybersecurity

    Planned as a secondary track.
